Biography:

Jeff Penrod is a Walled Lake Central High School History teacher and the varsity football coach.  He has worked in education since 1990 and in Walled Lake Schools since 1993, coaching multiple sports (football, track/field, and middle school basketball coach) and teaching History and Physical Education at many levels, including middle school. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in History and Physical Education from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership as well as a Secondary Administrative certification. He has three children, Katie, Sam, and Joe, who graduated from Walled Lake Schools. Jeff's goal is to assist young people in becoming positive, contributing citizens. His philosophy is "Love first and gain respect, teach second." He has been the School Newspaper Advisor, 8th Grade Washington, D.C. Trip Coordinator, PTSA Council Reflections Co-Chair, and Geisler PTSA Teacher Rep.  Jeff has taught physical education, geography, world history, and US history. Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, and going to sporting events.
